Cleo Lown

Hello, my name is Cleo. I’m an Austin Texas native and current sociology major at Austin Community College. Self-proclaimed cat enthusiast, painter, poet, and official goofball. I’m a first-time college student and peer facilitator at Austin MHC. I am an intermediate level Spanish speaker and help facilitate groups in Spanish and English. In the future, I would like to use my degree and experience in peer support to do work in the community and continue to provide resources for those in need. My desire to help others and give back to my community motivates me to continue studying and grow as an individual.
