Peer Specialist Group Supervision (Non CEU)

Peer Specialist Group Supervision provides a supportive space for Peer Specialists to come together, share experiences, and strengthen their skills through collective learning and reflection. These sessions are designed to promote professional growth, encourage self-care, and enhance the quality of peer support services.

While these sessions do not offer CEUs, they serve as an essential part of ongoing professional development and community connection for Peer Specialists.

Our Peer Specialist Supervisor CEUs are designed to equip Peer Specialist Supervisors with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to effectively guide and support their teams. These continuing education sessions focus on strengthening supervisory skills, deepening understanding of peer support values, and promoting ethical, recovery-oriented leadership.

Topics include best practices in supervision, maintaining boundaries, fostering professional growth, supporting wellness and self-care among staff, and navigating the unique challenges of peer-based services. Each course is facilitated by an experienced Peer Specialist Supervisor and offers CEUs that count toward supervisor certification renewal.

Through engaging discussion and practical learning, supervisors gain valuable insights and strategies to enhance their role in building strong, compassionate, and effective peer support teams
