Peer Support Lead
In this role, you will lead with empathy, collaboration, and lived experience to support and guide AMHC’s peer support team. As the Peer Support Lead, you’ll mentor interns, volunteers, and facilitators, helping them grow in confidence and skill while maintaining the heart of peer-driven, recovery-oriented values. You’ll play a key role in coordinating daily operations, supporting onboarding and training, and ensuring the quality and consistency of AMHC’s peer programs.
By fostering communication, teamwork, and continuous learning, you’ll help shape a supportive environment where both peers and staff can thrive. You’ll also collaborate with the Program Director to strengthen community partnerships and implement new initiatives that enhance program effectiveness and participant experience.
