Clement Wigger is an executive coach and founder of Wigger Advisory Group, bringing over 30 years of experience in leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and organizational consulting. His career includes senior Global D&I consulting at Mercer Consulting, where he also worked with board-level leaders, followed by CJW Diversity & Inclusion, his independent practice where he continued advancing D&I at the executive level.
Clement holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Organizational Management from Antioch University. He is licensed in Texas as both a Mental Health and Recovery Peer Support Specialist, and is completing his Executive Coaching Certificate at the University of Texas at Dallas, with a focus on coaching senior leaders navigating reintegration into corporate leadership. Based in Dripping Springs, Texas, he is passionate about mental health advocacy and is honored to serve on the board of Austin Mental Health.
