Baptist Community Center Mission’s Food Ministry programs provide quality food items to households experiencing food insecurity. Programs include the BCCM Food Line, Food Co-Op, and Backpack Feeding Program. These programs supply critical nutrition to homeless individuals, single member households, children, and families. The BCCM Food Line is open Fridays from 8:30 am – 12:00 pm (or until food runs out) to clients on a first come first serve basis. This free distribution of food draws about 50 families each day. The BCCM Food Co-Op or pantry operates by appointment only; call the number listed to make an appointment. BCCM partners with local elementary schools to provide weekend meals for students in the Backpack Feeding Program. Bags are packed on Tuesday and delivered to the participating schools on Thursday. All programs are currently serving Travis County residents only. Main Services: food pantry.
