Home By Choice (HBC) Project

ARCIL is a community-based, nonprofit corporation serving people with disabilities. ARCIL provides assistance to those with disabilities who are transitioning from nursing home care to community living. Services are available to people of all ages with all types of disabilities. Main Services: help find housing, medical supplies, in-home support, navigating the system, case management, one-on-one support.
