Community Living Assistance and Support Services (CLASS)

CLASS provides home and community-based services to individuals with related conditions as a cost-effective alternative to an intermediate care facility for individuals with an intellectual disability or related conditions (ICF/IID). Main Services: help pay for healthcare, maintenance & repairs, dental care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, specialized therapy, relief for caregivers, navigating the system, case management, support network, help find work.
