Coaching for Growth: Strength-Based Supervision for Peer Specialists is a 1.5 continuing education training explores how supervisors can use strengths-based and reflective supervision to foster confidence, professional growth, and long-term success among Peer Specialists. Participants will examine coaching techniques, collaborative goal setting, meaningful feedback, and reflective conversations that promote learning while honoring the values and principles of peer support.
