Community Health Navigation Program

The Austin Asian Community Health Initiative (AACHI) can help you with the eligibility and application process for health coverage and other programs. The Community Health Navigation Program provides free healthcare navigation for Austin’s vulnerable Asian subpopulations, including the Burmese, Korean, & Vietnamese communities. Services include patient advocacy, interpretation/translation support, vaccination events & annual health fair, health navigation education (seminars, workshops, translated materials & communications, etc.), referrals to local resources, and eligibility and application assistance. Main Services: government food benefits, health insurance, understand government programs, navigating the system, help fill out forms, translation & interpretation.
