Deaf Blind with Multiple Disabilities (DBMD)

Deaf Blind with Multiple Disabilities (DBMD) provides home and community-based services to individuals with deaf blindness and another disability as a cost-effective alternative to an intermediate care facility for individuals with an intellectual disability or related conditions (ICF/IID). Main Services: help pay for healthcare, assisted living skills, nursing physical therapy, specialized therapy, in-home support, navigating the system, one-on-one support.
