University Presbyterians Living in Faith Together (UPLift) Plus 1 Program

In partnership with Plus 1, UPLift provides limited financial assistance with utilities to City of Austin energy customers. Funds for utilities are first come first serve and are usually exhausted by the second week of the month. This program provides utility assistance. Main Services: help pay for utilities.
