Rent and Utility Assistance

The Community Assistance and Referral Center provides assistance with rent and basic utilities only, such as electric, water, and gas bills. This does not include assistance for hotels, buses, or automotive needs. This program provides rent and utilities bill payment assistance. Main Services: help pay for housing, help pay for utilities.
