The Family Stability program provides rapid rehousing for families with children experiencing homelessness. The primary purpose is to ensure that families who are experiencing homelessness have access to case management and rapid rehousing assistance. We do not provide any shelter services. All families must complete a coordinated assessment and be referred to us through Austin ECHO (www.austinecho.org). Family must be homeless. Must have at least one child in the household under 18 years, or a child older than 18 years who cannot live independently; children must be with parent(s) when they enter the shelter. Parents must have custody of children to qualify. Accepts single-parent, two adult, and multi-generational families that intend on staying together. Adults in household must be willing to engage and participate in case management. Main Services: help pay for housing, help find housing, navigating the system.
