Ethics: Decision Making in Peer Support provides 3 hours of continuing education for Peer Specialists and Peer Specialist Supervisors and offers a practical and engaging exploration of ethical principles in peer work. This course is designed to strengthen participants’ understanding of professional boundaries, confidentiality, dual relationships, and the core values that guide ethical decision-making in peer support.
Through real-world examples, discussion, and interactive activities, participants learn how to navigate complex situations while maintaining trust, integrity, and person-centered care. Supervisors gain additional insight into supporting their teams in ethical practice and fostering accountability within peer support programs.
