DESCRIPTION:Leadership Skills for Supervisors is a 1.5-hour continuing eductation training that explores the leadership knowledge and supervisory skills needed to effectively support Peer Specialists and foster recovery-oriented teams. Participants will examine leadership styles, communication, coaching, conflict resolution, performance development, and strategies for creating supportive workplace cultures grounded in respect, accountability, and collaboration.
