Through discussion, self-reflection, and practical exercises, participants will strengthen their ability to advocate for themselves, their role, and the people they support.\nLearning Objectives\nBy the end of this training, participants will be able to:\n\nIdentify common factors that contribute to self-doubt and imposter syndrome among Peer Specialists.\nRecognize the unique skills, knowledge, and perspectives that lived experience contributes to peer support practice.\nDescribe the value and impact of peer support within recovery-oriented systems.\nApply strategies for strengthening confidence and professional identity.\nDevelop approaches for communicating the role and value of peer support in workplace settings.\n\n
